I chose Hanshin Annex for its prime location near the National Museum of Art. To my surprise, the hotel offered excellent amenities such as a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. The cooked-to-order breakfasts served daily at 7:00 AM were delightful and added to the overall positive experience.

The ventilation of the room could have been better as there was a faint smell of old smoke. the air conditioning unit wasn't working as well as expected and required a lower temperature setting to work.

The free washing machine was a great convenience, and having a Seven Eleven and train station nearby made our stay even more convenient and safe.

We noticed a slight cigarette smell in the non-smoking room and had to set the aircon to a low temperature for it to work correctly. The ventilation could be better, but this was a minor issue.
